BEEN CHARGED A PROMO FEE WHICH I WAS NOT INFORMED

When I took out the MTN contract I was paying a fixed amount which comes off by debit order every month. In July I was charged a promo fee, which I queried, MTN then credited me, after making numerous calls, been on hold for hours etc, in all, the service was non existent and just pathetic. On the 1st of September I was charged the promo fee again, which once again I queried as I have never been informed about this, the lady at the call centre informed me that this was MTN's mistake but they have to charge me this fee. My response was that been the customer it is not my problem they made a mistake, I have signed a contract whereby the amount agreed upon is what I pay. The call centre has still not sorted out the problem as it is an MTN mistake. I have stressed the point that I will only pay what the contract states. The mistake that MTN made should not be my problem. Presently this issue is still not sorted and I am very close to cancelling my contract and using Vodacom or Cell C as the service levels I have received with MTN is very very poor.
