I signed up for a SmartData 2GB contract with MyZone Router on 9 June 2013.
My contract specifically states "Netcomm MyZone Wifi Router on SmartData 2GB @ R149 pm x 24" but I am being billed R329 per month. I am well under the monthly 2GB limit so there should be no additional data charges.
I called customer care last week Thursday, they said I would get feedback within 48 hours and I am still awaiting a response.
Please can someone sort this out.
