Be warned read the fine print of your contract

My husband has two Vodacom contract phones, the bold started overheating so I took it in for repairs, I got it back with exactly the same problem, I took it back again and still sitting with the same problem I went to Vodacom Vaal Mall where the lady told me that I will have to go back and forth to Vodacom repairs until I get a phone that works properly, so I took it back to the repair shop and they told me they will have to send it away, Vodacom phoned me and told me they replaced the phone with a new phone, only to find out that it was a refurbished phone, I gave up!!! today I accidentally dropped the torch, so I went to the Vodacom repair shop where they told me if I used another sim card in the phone they can't repair it.(we are paying insurance on this phone every month) I asked why did they not tell me this when we took the contract out and she told me to go and ask at the Vodacom shop why? the manager at the Vodacom shop told us we can't repair the phone because we used another sim card in the phone and that it is not there JOB to explain to the customer that they are not allowed to use another sim card..we are very disappointed in Vodacom!!!
