POOR SERVICE

I applied over the phone for a new CellC contract with CellC direct. This person that helped me was extremely slow with getting back to my emails and phone calls and for a week did not get back to me at all after he promised he would the day following my emails and phone calls, did not seem interested in helping me being a new customer for CellC and he said that i would not be guarenteed the colour cellphone i wanted. I expessed that it was a matter of emergency that i know the progress of the application so that i could start the cancellation process with Vodacom. Nothing came of it. I then received a response from him saying that the application was in the final stages of the process and delivery would take place in a few days even though this was not properly discussed!! After considering moving my contract to CellC i have decided after this experience that i will most definitely stay with VODACOM.
