Over a year ago I took a contract with Cell C and one of their consultant advised that I take out an insurance with Cellsure (vodacom insurance). Last week my phone was as a result of. I went to the SAPS and opened a case the same day, I had the phone blacklisted and the following day I lodged a claim. Cellsure get back to me and advised that my claim was rejected because my car had been lock-jammed. I asked why did my policy not stipulate that but I did not get an answer on that question. The lady's attitude was very bad and she was vefy defensive. I'm sure by now Vodacom is aware of all the complaints about Cellsure but they are not doing anything. Because of their link with this company, they will loose a lot of clients, unless they act sson. We work very hard for our money and we do not appreciate being taken for a ride.
