My phone was sent in for repairs on 26th November and returned to the shop unrepaired. Was advised it was due to no quote follow up. The phone was then sent in again on the 31December. The phone has now been at the repairs for 2 months - keep getting the same answer it is in repairs no details on the cost of the quote. The phone has full insurance. the contract expires next month and we feel this is a stalling tactic so that the insurance/nashua mobile do not have to repair the phone. It is ablackberry torch which has been discontinued so i feel they are stalling the process for the contract to lapse in February so that the phone does not have to be repaired or replaced. I find it appaling that we pay the monthly fees for such bad service. It is ridiculous that it is taking over 2 months to send a quote to the insurance to have the phone repaired.
