Poor vodacom service

My daughter needed new cell phone (samsung galaxy S4) urgently as she was leaving overseeas. I wanted new cell contract as advertised. went to store 26/08/13. No-one could assist as Vodacom consultant was away for two days. Manager and electronics salesperson tried to assist-completed necessary forms and was promised contract would be sorted when consultant returned. manager called later to say necessary paperwork and phone would be delivered on 28/08 as I live in Pretoria.By 29/08 no-one called. i telephoned store-manager was out but Vodacom consultant was in. She was aware of my application but was unwilling to process application unless I personally returned to to store. Application would then take another 48 hours. Fed-up I went to Cell C and 30 minutes later walked away with new cell phone. Vodacom
