I downgraded my 4 meg to a 1 meg line recently... within hours my line speed dropped from 4 meg to 1 meg... my issue is that I payed for a 4 meg line for the month of Aug (the 1st to the 31st-a calendar month) but this isn't the case because when the line speed change came in to play I did not receive any reimbursement for the extra 10 days I lost with my 4 meg speed or the 4 meg speed didn't last till the end of the month and then from the next calendar month the start of the 1 meg speed... to add insult to injury the person I dealt with on the phone when I dropped the line speed didn't inform me that I should also drop the speed of the line itself and then I was charged an extra R100 - ...this is something in my view that you... AFRIHOST... should inform your clients about... who give the training at afrihost... maybe fire that dolt, because he doesn't give your company a good name... so... where do we go from here...?
