My son who is a Unisa student applied for the 3G data offer on the 20thAugust 2013 he has done all the necessary paper work paid Unisa R600, rica the sim verified his address. he has sent emails to Unisa and Cell C but still has not received his data package. I went to see Cell C yesterday they say he must contact Unisa he as contacted Unisa but still no response from either Company.
Please help.
