On Monday I ordered a new phone (used my 2000 talking points). The sale consultant said it will be at the shop the coming Wednesday or Thursday. I told her that I will only be in Robertson till the Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon I phoned than they stated the phone will be ready the Friday morning. I arranged that the phone be picked up in Robertson because I was in Ladismith already. Friday morning I phoned again and Danielle told me that she don't know at what time the phone will be at the shop. This is the worse service I have received at a vodacom shop. If there isn't stock, you have to wait until they can't even inform you of how long there process will take. There is no communication informing the client of how long the process will be taking and to make sure that the client can make the necessary arrangements. She didn't even make an effort to call the couriers to inform me accordingly. Bad Bad Bad!!!
