The customer comes last

I visited MTN Columbine square to replace a sim for a phone. As I entered, I waited to be called. I was offered assistance by Zoe and I advised I needed to do a sim swop. I was asked for a proof of residence and Id which I produced immediately. Zoe then proceeded to walk away from me and go and assist another customer who had just walked in the store without another word to me. I was left standing there and waiting for further assistance. The other agent in front of me (Reinhardt) was busy with filing and continued to stay busy with filing despite me sitting and waiting for assistance. I waited for more than 10 minutes while i had to listen to Zoe trying to get the right charger for the customer and proclaim her loyalty to Vodacom for her 2 phones. Perhaps I should make use of Vodacom too. After more than 10 minutes and my clear agitation, Zoe asked Reinhardt to assist me and continued with the important filing without an apology. she later moved to the back to do the filing and avoid the situation she caused never to be seen again. This is her customer service. Shocking that i was actually paying for a sim when if seemed i was there for a handout as my time didn't matte
