Stop transfering customers to different consultant

29 august 2013 my blackberry was lost, went to the saps to report it and get a case number and was told to phone my service provider to blacklist the phone, and get a reference number so they can open a case which I did at d saps, the consultant spoke to first blocked my vodacom sim which was in the phone when it got lost, and. I asked for a reference number and was told I will get a sms with the reference number from which I was calling, waited and no sms came, then phoned again and told the same story again to a second person that I need a reference number because I am at the police station and was put through to a another consultant whom I was telling the story for the third time, I explained it was a vodacom phone and at the time it was had a vodacom sim card, he said on his system he cannot pick up any imei number for the phone and his system doesnot show that my vodacom sim was in a blackberry phone, was then told to phone mtn to see if they pick up the imei number on their system since I used to use a mtn sim card on most occasions, even now three hours later I have had no luck in blacklisting my phone, how many consultants must one speak to in order to get help~not first time!
