This is the THIRD attempt to get a response other than 'we're looking into it and sorry for being so bad at our job.
I travelled abroad (US and UK) recently and tried in vain to get roaming costs for data. The Cell C mobile site for international roaming costs doesn't let you select anything beyond Colombia alphabetically and it's been broken since I left for my trip on 7 July - just google cell c roaming and try the mobile site.
I decided it can't be that bad but it seems a few Mb later and I have a bill for over R3000 with the majority of that being for a bit of whatsapp over a two day transit period. Up to R200 a meg it seems. Now if I'd known, I could at least have been picky with the roaming provider but there was NO WAY to see my costs on the BROKEN web site. I am bitterly disappointed and will certainly move all 5 of my contracts as they come up for renewal if this is not resolved amicably. This is the THIRD attempt to get a proper response from Cell C.
