SHOCKING SERVIE & COMMUNICATION

Took my Blackberry to Autopage for repairs on 01.08.2013, as it is under Autopage warranty. Told I could expect it be back in 2 weeks as have a new direct system with the repairs centre. Phoned 10 days later to follow up, another employee in store says all phones are 3 - 4 weeks. Make up your mind? Was told sms had been sent to me from repair centre - i never received it.). Went in at 2 weeks, told the repair centre could not find my phone, then suddenly it was found. Would be ready soon, check next week. Went in on week 3, again store phoned repair centre, was told clearly that my cell would be repaired and back at the store BY TODAY - 29.08.2013. Go into store today... NOTHING! Cell not back - phoned repair centre again, and all they would say is there is a backlog... NOT MY PROBLEM... They have had my phone for ONE MONTH! No indication when it will be repaired or returned to me! DISAPPOINTED and VERY UNIMPRESSED! My husband has 4 contracts with Autopage, and after this I will seriously talk to him about moving those contracts to a company who deliver on their word, and who give a about their clients!
