Cell C is still see for yourself!

Cell C is really about seeing for yourself.

I recently sent in my phone to repairs 21 days later I get a call the phone is fixed. I fetch the phone and now it won't allow me to make phone calls it says Sim card not detected. This was not the initial problem with the phone. So calling Cell C to get assistance (trying to avoid the in-store visit) I got Priscella who was telling me my ID number is wrong therefore she can't help me, Mary who keep quiet and let me talk to myself and Melvin who transferred me to a call that never came after waiting 45 minutes on the line. Whats the point of having a call centre? Why bother having call support? Why not just tell your customer if you have any query go in-store because thats the only way you'll get help?

Unfortunately if your someone like me who gets stuck in traffic till 7 and Cell C stores close at 6. What does Cell C expect of you as a customer? You can't call them because you won't get any help and you can't get to the store during the week. So you have a useless fone until the weekend.

I am honestly tired of dealing with Cell C I have never been so unhappy to own a phone in my life!
