4 x sent for repair, faulty phone. no replacement!

I have sent my faulty blackberry in on 4 different occasions, twice ive complained on Hello Peter to try get some sort of serious action, but with no luck..

I received a faulty phone that white screened, keypad stopped working, dropped calls, got very hot and had a battery life of less than 6 hours.. After 3 repairs and no replacement, i woke up to it with a white screen after charging, took it in for the 4th time to get fixed just for Vodacom to tell me they motherboard is bent and they cannot fix it... How can i bend the motherboard when you guys have been working on it all the time?
From the start and now i have to sit for 6 months before i upgrade and change providors. My family has an excess of 20 contracts with Vodacom and I cant beleive this is how they treated me.
