My company recently moved premisses and had no other choice but to get the VOX Telecom System as well as YahClick internet, since Telkom does not support the area that we are in. @lantic in Heidelberg did the installation but didn't even bother to mount the satelite properly, just packed some stones on top of it. We have also been struggling with our internet connection and remote desktop connection and neither @lantic nor @lantic head office are able to assist us. We had to pay R 1 400.00 for that horrible satelite installation and still we are not getting any feedback from them or any assistance whatsoever!!! It is pathetic so say the least!! Everybody is throwing their hands in the air and saying 'sorry we can't help you'. What ever happened to customer service?!! I would NEVER recommend @lantic, VOX Telecom/YahClick to anyone. Rather stick to 3G. So much more better!!!
