Handed Over after payments were made

I have a dispute with Cell C. Cell C decided that they will cancel my contract with them without consulting me. They invoiced me for the remainder of my contract. I have been paying towards the disputed (and cancelled contract) amount every month without fail. Cell C handed me over to their lawyers for non-payment. They are just so pathetic! Not once was explained to me how they arrived at the amount for the "cancellation fee". Can somebody explain how that amount was made up? I must pay for the remainder of the contract months, but the cell number that belonged to me was given to somebody else? The cancellation fee works out to about the same amount that I paid for my monthly subscription. Cell C is the WORST company to deal with! Monday the 26th of August 2013 a "supervisor" would have phoned me back... Well, I'm still waiting. Again, Cell C is the worst company in South Africa
