I have a cellphone which i bought in 2012 october, and now my phone was giving me problem, that was when i decided to take it to vodacom repair centre where i was told that my phone will be fixed but instead they sent me a message that i must come collect my phone, when i got there the lady who was assisting me told me that vodacom cannot fix my phone because of liquid damage i understood even though i never exposed my phone to any form of liquid, i decided to take my phone but when i got home my phone was completely dead nothing was working it was on the worse condition, i could not switch it on anymore, now i have a dead phone, when i call them i spoke to natasha who refused to assist me and insted transfer me to a lady by the name of dani who gave me attitude and told me that its normal for a phone to be like that once their repair team open a customer phone--here with the job no for :9147329-52117773
