I have been trying to cancel my service from May 2013. On dialling my no I get "number not in service" but
I continue to get accounts which are paid by debit order. I have emailed several times, I have spoken to the call centre numerous times and was last informed that the account and the service are now cancelled.
Today I get another account. Can someone with authority and knowledge of closing an account and refunding me PLEASE contact me.
