Not too long ago I wrote a complaint about Cell C not getting back to me... guess what after their response I was told they will get back to me after the long weekend in August and I am still waiting! I have called the call centre almost every day for 2 weeks and they just keep on telling me my credit is passed for my BIS that is not the credit I am waiting for and the more I tell them the more they say its been passed. I am waiting for my 250 odd credit to be allocated as promised by Mbongeni that was assigned to my previous complaint. He said he was going to set n reminder to call me and pass the credit after the long weekend as he cannot keep the query open that long as the current billing has to run first. I totally understand that. Now the new billing is about to run and I still don't have my credit so guess I will have to wait another month (and must just be ok with it - not gonna happen).
What happened to the Cell C that use to give such great service???!!!
