I am officially tired of cell c, they are pathetic at customer care, billing and using common sense!
I instructed cell c to debit my account on the 15 of DEC 2012 as I was paid early. This arrangement was made for DEC ONLY (go listen to the voice recording) yet cell c debits my account on the 15 of Jan 13, the debit order was returned unpaid. Now instead recognising their (cell c) incompetence they decide to suspend my line. This is not my first complaint about cell c have a look at my complaints. I have had it with cell c really I have, please I am begging you cell c cancel my contract so that I can go to an SP that knows what they are doing. I am extremely unhappy please put me out of my misery and cancel this wretched contract and also refund my bank charges.
im done being angry. i am now just dissapointed that you do nothing about the service i get. i have to constantly complain and being your customer has become very painful.i am also done dealing with your agents i want management to get involved with this account .i had to cancel another line i had with you guys because of your service. REALLY CELL C CAN SOMEONE PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE ROSES!!! you losing customers.
