Still no response from MTN

MTN Complaints team, Why post you will respond to my complaints if you are not doing it?

I actually cannot believe that you do not respond. A few years ago MTN was so good at responding to issues - Now? I have three reference numbers by now... how long will it take to get a real response? Not the copied and pasted one you are using on everybody here at Hellopeter and then you do not get back to us.

Are you aware that your MTN store in Edenglen closes before 17:00 everyday. We have arrived a few times now at 16:45 to find the shop closed.
