Pathetic Service

Contract has been due for upgrade since 25 July. Tried calling vodacom upgrades number three times to be told firstly they don't have stock then they would call me back on the other occasions but never bothered to return my call. Managed to eventually get hold of them last friday 23 August and upgraded to a samsung s4 black. Specified a black due to the fact i work in a factory and vodacom gives you that option on their website. Call centre also said they would specify on delivery note. Get delivery today 26 August at 16.05 but its a white phone. Why bother to give the customer a choice when clearly it doesn't matter. Gave it back only to be told they have no idea when they will get back to me. Been a customer for over ten years but guess iam just a number.
