Limited cell phone coverage

I have ported my cell phone contract to cell c recently, and regret doing so becuase the network coverage is not optimal.

Even in the CBD, my 3G hardly works, and I have to stick my phone out the window in order to get signal. My phone call reception is often terrible, as I can hardly hear other people, and they can hardly hear me. I can only phone out when I stand in certain areas e.g.by the window.

This poor coverage is exceptionally disappointing, and I will be porting back to my original network as soon as possible.
