Pathethic Service From MTN

I renewed my cell phone contract in dec 2012 with the local Mtn outlet in newcastle. I took out the new NOKIA lumia 920.AFter 4 weeks, to the date, it goes faulty. The earpiece crackled. So i took it in for repairs and was promised it would take about 4 weeks to be repaired. It took about 2-3 weeks, and i went in to get it. there was another fault, whoever worked on the phone, had left something loose in it. I take it BACK 2 them, and the guy at mtn repairs says i dropped the phone, as there was scratches on the phone, i showed it to the guy at the outlet, it WAS STILL BRAND NEW.So that guy was talking a whole lot of jargon. However i kept my cool.it was now been going on 2 weeks i have no response from the local outlet nor MTN.i went onto the website and logged a complaint as well, and got a response asking me to reply with my phone IME number and the jobcard. WHat do you know my response keeps coming back as undelivered as the mail is too large. SO i went back to the website and copied and pasted my response on the complaints section with all my details, and still nothing. Anyone looking to switch to MTN, DONT, i have been with them for 20 years and this is what you get, VODACOM here i come
