Who the phone?

On the 9th of July I handed my phone to the Centurion Branch for the third time for repairs. The previous "repairs" we totally unsuccessful. On the 17th of July the repairs confirmed by sms that they are evaluating the phone. Now more than a month later I am trying to find out what happened to my phone only to be told that it has been blacklisted. Neither the shop, the call center or repairs can tell me when why and by whom it was blacklisted and because it is blacklisted nobody can do anything about it. What a weird situation, they take your phone, it gets blacklisted while in their possession and now nobody know anything about it. I have spend hours on hold being referred by the shop to the call center to the shop, to the call center to repairs to the call center. You can of course guess that somewhere along the line your query has been "escalated" ( Meaning we do not have a clue but let him think we are going to call him back) I think I should lay a charge of against CellC but then again what do you think the Police is going to do. I do not know who in CellC knows what is going on.
