Pathetic accounts

I paid my last account in August 2011 through standard bank with the amount that vodacom gave me to the cent
two years later they decide a letter stating that i owe them money. They then had their attorney phone me that if i do not pay the account further action will be taken against me. I faxed them proof payment and that was three months ago I still have not received a letter or any notification stating that my account is up to date or not even a sorry dog it was our fault for not checking our records correctly. I would like a letter of apology. They are quick to tell you that owe them money but not quick enough to say sorry your account is clear . i guess, i will never receive an apology letter because i am just a NUMBER to VODACOM. This will make me change to Cell C THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
