This Lady gave bad service

Good day Mr/Mrs

Today at 12:30pm I went to the Vodacom 4 U shop in central Paarl, Western Cape. 2min later one of the lady consultants whom I think is (Natasha) who assist me. I told her I want to do a sim swop because my phone was 4days ago. i gave her the Affidavit and told her that she must take the block off my simcard telephone number.
The consultant type on her computer and said she wont be able to take off the block but she can give me the new sim card which costs R10.00. She told me to go home and phone Vodacom to take off the block of my cellphone number. I asked why should i go home with a simcard that does not work. And at home i do not have any other phone's to phone from. She said she cant phone from her landline because they only have one incoming line there. Secondly i ask her why don't you phone from your phone or your colleagues.
Thirdly I said i wont leave until I'm done. Only then she gave me her Vodacom phone and i dialled and they took the block of quickly. The call centre consultant said after 2hours my sim should work now 8hours later its stil not working. I dialled 082111 they said sim is not registered. They can't help me... Please assist urgently.
