No Stock at Any Store

I have two previous contracts with Telkom and now I went to open a third.
However after a week of waiting still no stock, no delivery has been made. Funny since I ordered it on the day the special launched. Launching Specials with no stock is frankly false advertising.
My order was for an ipad mini, yet no telkom 8ta store has any stock.
I have no problem with the store, yet stock and logistics are apauling!
Get your act together or I will go back to your competitors.
So not impressed
