I applied for a contract phone and was approved, but i asked them to cancel as i could no longer take the item. They verbally confirm its cancelled.
I was sent a bill at the end of July, and i went to query at Menlyn they told me it was a mistake. They advised me to fill in their Query Sheet. I did not receive any feedback from that query i made with them. I went back again because i was not satisfied, and asked for something in writing and they did not. I asked for the Manager she also could not give me some in writing, instead they asked me to fill in the Query Sheet again. Still i did not receive any feed back. insteasd i receive a bill again.
Yesterday i went back again they lady who assisted me told me she could not find the documents i filled last time and my records. I also filled a contract cancellation form, but she told me she does not know they afre going to solve my problem. please assist.
