Incorrect billing and no refund

I took out a data package with Cel C where I was suppose to pay R114 for the activation of the sim card and R99 per month. On the 20th of July an amount was deducted or R376 and queried it immediately. I was then told the amount is correct as I was charged a proforma amount as well as another activation amount and the contract is R279. This is not what I signed up for. On 24 July I went back to the store and cancelled the contract even though I was told that the following month it would be rectified. It took Cel C more than a month to cancel the contract as somebody at the h/o didnt do there job and to top it all the R99 p/m became R279. I again contacted the h/o to find out about my refund as it is now R789 and no one is assisting me in this matter. I spoke to countless people and the last lady I spoke to was Belinda Gunn and up to today she didnt get back to me with regards to my refund. I dont have the dongle at all anymore and this is not my problem. To top it all there service is terrible and no one is willing to go out of there way to assist. I want my money back immediately and dont want anymore issues nor contact with this people.
