EXTREAMLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER NO HELP FOR 5 MONTHS

Have been sent from pillar to post & can't believe that in 5 months no one can assist. Have been to C cell in Centurion mall numerous times, spoke to Vincent, an Indian guy, even the branch manager. Have been referred to FNB, FNB referred me to Cell C, Cell C, referred me to FNB, went back to FNB, referred me to Cell C, Cell C referred me to Cell direct, etc, etc. to & fro. So much time, effort &, money spent on calls to resolve this issue, & now I have had enough! I don't understand why I am charged for a contract I didn't sign up for? Why is this taking 6 months to resolve, I ask "LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS WITH REGARDS TO THE CONTRACT I AGREED ON FOR R45 -00 PER MONTH" The last 6 months R143-98 is debited off my account, this is not the deal I agreed on! I was contacted in March 2013 by Cell C direct with an offer for 500mb data @ R45-00 which I accepted telephonically. I didn't want a bigger deal as I have uncapped contract with MTN & only require the data if I am not home. On 30/3/13 300MB data was activated & 4th 2GB again why for what reason? I have sent 3 emails 13/08, 14/8 & 16/08, to [Email Removed] to date no response. This is, resolve urgently please.
