I have just received, today 19-08-2013, a letter in the post from Pholosa - dated: 24 July 2013, I have NEVER had any correspondence
from Cell-C regarding outstanding monies via phone, post or email...???
I have been handed over by Cell-C and I have NO IDEA why or for what, Pholosa cannot give me details either...? PLEASE ADVISE?
I have been on the phone with Cell-C since 10:00am, & have been passed from pillar to post & nobody seems to
be able to help me or advise me...???
I did have a Cell-C contract many years ago, it was on Debit order - So not sure how anything could be outstanding???
Why didn't Cell-C contact me??? You have my WORK NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS & POSTAL ADDRESS???
I did not receive any type of correspondence at all - No wonder why I cancelled my contract & stayed with MTN!!!
Appreciate your feedback soonest & an account that reflects the outstanding monies.
Please send a statement of my account with Cell-C.
