After a YEAR... I still do not have my signal booster up at my home as Vodacom promised, after phoning every now and then they never can give me a direct answer, then the boosters is still coming in from over seas then someone will say it is impossible that I'm waiting so long and the technical team will always call me but never do.

I got no 3G use at my home if I'm lucky perhaps one bar EDGE, so that mean not internet at home and our mobile phone service is really bad. Both my husband and I are customers at Vodacom and is disappointed in they way Vodacom is handling this situation, clearly customer happiness is not high on there list. I would like that they solve this problem, we are living about 10km form the nearest Vodacom tower and this is the service we get. They did test the signal and that is why they promised us a signal booster.
