I took out a Data contract via my mothers name which came with 2 gigs during the day and 2 gigs night owl. At the time i was working for the vodashop store in canal walk, shop 416.I sent through documents in order to have a limit put on to the contract so i dont get a bill shock at the end of the month (i am however aware that this is not guarenteed). The past 2 months my bill has been ridiculous, the most recent one being over R1000.Clearly the documents were either not sent by the admin girl in the store or the head office did not activate it.i have now had Roxanne at the vodacare store in Canal Walk do a migration for me to a top up contract aswell as put a limit on for me for the remainder of this month. This is unacceptable as i was an employee of theirs!! I want this investigated and I want the amount, excluding the r429 that i should be paying, refunded to me ASAP as i will not accept this.regardless of the fact that i worked there or not, i was NOT the one in charge of activating anything and i will NOT take this lieing down!
