Cell C is allowing a company call Mira Networks to deduct my airtime, i have recharged with R25.00 today and now i'm left with R2.99 and all when lodging a complaint all they can say is that this company called Mira is deducting my airtime and there is nothing they can do.
How can they allow some company to take airtime from their clients, I did not give anyone authority to deduct my airtime. This is just a nightmare and a bad service from Cell C
