MTN consultants are absolutely useless. i've called in two months ago to cancel my mtn contract which expired last month. the consultant told me that everything is fine and debit order will stop in july. this month 20 August my account has been debited once again after i've called in to stop the debit order and cancel my contract. i've spoken to Presly Tempies today 21/08/2013 and he told me that account has expired but not cancelled??? please reverse the fee for debit order this month and ensure that my contract is cancelled immediately
