I've been a Cell C subscriber for almost ten years and have never really struggled with their signal like I do now. There is a chronic problem with the data and voice signal in Broadacres, Rosewood road specifically. I cannot hold a telephone conversation nor browse the internet on my smartphone. Furthermore they have recently sold me a modem package which is useless because there's such a poor data signal and it bombs out frequently. I've lodged a formal complaint on the 30/07 and have not received any feedback except that the matter will be investigated. My contract is coming up for expiry and I am not renewing. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
