Centurion Highveld Exchange STILL congested

Centurion Highveld exchange is still congested resulting in POOR download speeds on ADSL and a latency of more then 400ms to any South African server - even [URL Removed] servers!

This is completely useless but this is my 5th report trying to get this issue resolved!

It takes 2minutes to open the [URL Removed] website - terrible!
