JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE

In JULY, i took my Blackberry Curve 9300 into vodacom for repairs, had some major issues but that was sorted, as per emails between myself and vodacom on the 05.07.2013. now on the 17.08.2013 the stupid Blackberry has started its nonsense again, i was told that vodacom replaced the screen and the tracpad, but the funny thing is its a month later and the screen looks like it has dirt under it and is fading on the one side and the trackpad is going INSANE! it just does and moves as it pleases, i cant type messages as its impossible to try hold the trackpad in place and type a message or when i want to call someone i end up calling another person coz the phone is moving on its own, MOST PEOPLE THINK IM CRAZY OR LYING WHEN I TELL THEM THAT I HAVE TAKEN THIS PHONE TO VODACOM MORE THAN 6 TIMES IN THE LAST 20 MONTHS THAT I HAVE HAD IT, IT WAS NEVER REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT ONLY REFURBISHED PHONES WERE GIVEN TO ME 4 TIMES, ALL I ASK AS A PAYING CUSTOMER IS HELP, BUT EVEN THAT IS TO MUCH TO ASK FROM BLACKBERRY AND VODACOM, I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE, WHY AM I PAYING THIS CONTRACT WHEN ALL I HAVE IS PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE AND VODACOM REFUSES TO GIVE ME A NEW DEVICE...!!!
