My phone was bought through Mobi warehouse and is contracted to MTN.
BIS subscription was suspended without notification. Yet when i call they say the service is active.
The BIS subscription is included in the monthly bill that I am paying.
I called Mobi warehouse to find out what the matter was, and they seem so reluctant. Whose responsibility is it to notify customers of network / service problems?
the consultant confirmed that this is not the first query of this nature. So are they waiting for ALL their customers to call in individually?? The lady that assisted me was very helpful, she is just working for the wrong company.
