I launched a complaint in July regarding Vodacom refusing my claim for a one of my cellphone's that was.
A lady by the name of Shannon Roman had been dealing with the case, only to find out now that she has left Vodacom.
No one seems to have record of this and I am now getting completely fed up with the service received from Vodacom.
How long do I need to wait until I can get my new phone???
