Zero access to "World of Red Bull" benefits

After several back-and-forth calls and emails with Red Bull customer service and technical support over the last 18 months I am still not able to access a single benefit of the World of Red Bull! No tickets, music, apps, vouchers. Nothing at all. And nobody at Red Bull Mobile has been able to help me one bit.

Their technical department always ends up suggesting that I take the phone in to have new software loaded on the phone which I refuse to do because it will take at least 4 weeks and erase all of my data!

Why is there not a simple, downloadable app on which I can register for access to these benefits???

I've missed out on countless benefits over the last 18 months, and even though I have had a generally pleasant experience with RBM, I will consider another provider when my contract comes to an end due to lack of customer care and pathetic range of handsets.
