3 weeks later - contract still not activated!!!

I called Vodacom Direct to order an s4 on 28 July & got approved but was asked to submit docs. i did the next day. However, the call centre agent was off sick for the nxt 4 days, in which time NO ONE else can help me. I got told every day for a week that the supervisor will call back & no one did.
The call centre agent returns, but there is no stock... so I wait until 13 Aug for delivery...& now i am struggling to get connected for the past week!!! The call centre advises me to go to a Vodacom store. I go in, only to be told my contract needs to be activated telephonically... i call the call centre back & then they say all i need to do is switch my phone on & then off for 5 hours after which it will be activated... which I do...& no connection yet! I call in AGAIN & get told that the sim number was incorrect & will be fixed TODAY (19 Aug). Frustrated, I tweet (18th Aug) - to be told by a technician that there is NOTHING wrong with my sim number & he cannot understand why it's not activated - but that i should wait till today...& i've gotten NO response yet. So i call in AGAIN today & I get told the agent & supervisor is busy & will call me later with an update. I'm still waiting!!!
