I work in Paarl area. Cell C's signal is so weak that most of the time my phone says no service. When I got the contract I asked the sales person about this. They assured me that If there is no Cell C reception it will go over to Vodacom network. It does not because I call/receive calls from my collages Vodacom phone. How does that work?
The times i do have signal half of the calls go straight to voicemail or just get dropped. How can someone do business like this? I am an entrepreneur and need access to the network constantly! That is what i am paying for... You are making me loose money! Will you be able to fix it? Must i move to another network?
