I have been calling Vodacom customer service and every one was just giving me half info and sum where rude. Its my 1st time getting on contract and people warned me about vodacom but i wanted it with vodacom becouse I've always loved voda since I changed to voda from MTN it has always been a good network. Well I was as how most of the call center agents didn't know what they where doing until I came across Zeyan who helped me tremendously and gave me good advise on my contract, I was really about to cancel the contract nd move to mtn but he showed me that voda is the best way to go. I wish all the call center agents where like him.
