Poor Poor Poor service and feedback!!!

I am with Cell C since April 2013 and since day one I had issues with my iPhone 5 network coverage. The coverage in the area is not the problem the handset it self is a problem as my wife is also with cell c and also has an iPhone 5 and she has no issues. Firstly it took almost 3 months to convince the guys from cell c that the handset is the issue I mean they think we are stupid dumb people out there I my self is in the Communications services so I know when it is a handset issue or not. It is now 19 Aug 2013 and I booked in my phone 2 Aug 2013 for a second time, in June they upgraded the phone software and replaced the sim card slot, I am back on my Blackberry with no issues what so ever. I have phone Cell C last week and today, last week they told me they are replacing my phone it is with an technicain and today they have no flippen idea what is wrong with my phone and when I am getting it back. I want to escallate this matter beyond a call centre manager or branch manager this is really poor services, they hand set is fauly and not even 6 months old, just replace the thing. No one at cell c wants to help everyone is passing the buck at the moment.
