My phone was cracked by a car and I reported it to C Insurance as my phone is insured with them then booked it in a CellC store and I got it back on 5 Aug 2013 and when it came back the back camera was showing cracks when you taking a picture and I reported it to the insurance and now it goes blank and the speakers are not working everything plays through earphones and today I called the insurance telling them about the problems and they say I must book the phone for repairs. That means I am going to be without a phone for a while as last time I was almost 2 months without a phone, the phone was driven over by a car and was cracked everywhere that means I am going to book the phone for repairs for as much as I am using it while I am paying the insurance for nothing. I am paying them every month and I also paid the excess fee they charged me. And with Cellc when you book your phone for repairs you dont even get a loan phone which I dont think I can afford to stay without a phone for a long time again.
