I am a current subscriber to Cell C. My old contract has been handed over by the legal department for collection by an extental company. No one from Cell C called me or sent me a letter or notified me in any way that there was a problem with my old contract. I have emailed customer service as well as inbound escalations numerous times and called at least ten times. If the call is answered I get transferred to legal who never answer the phone. I was told to call 084 143 9200 for assistance from legal. When I called this number it is for upgrading and contract extentions. I then called customer services back who told me to choose option 4 which does not exist on this number. Annelle the customer services consultant just told me to redail the number as it was definately correct. I would like someone in authority to investigate this and to call me but I doubt that will happen.
